For this purpose, Tarso considers the following guidelines to be the basis of this Policy, as basic pillars of the organisation to achieve the continuous improvement of the efficiency of this Management System, which will serve as the basis for the establishment of our annual objectives:

  • To ensure the satisfaction of its customers by always treating them correctly and continuously striving to provide a service based on their requirements and our monthly improvement commitments.

  • Comply with the legal requirements that apply to it, as well as with those requirements to which the organisation subscribes, continuously evaluating compliance in all its areas of activity.

  • Continuously improve the quality of our service provision and our behaviour with regard to the environmental impacts generated by our activity, through the establishment of objectives and targets to achieve this.

  • Preventing the pollution that our activities could generate, minimising those that could generate it and optimising the consumption of the resources at our disposal, making our company environmentally sustainable.

  • To permanently improve the competitiveness of our services, involving our clients at all times and continuously adapting the developments to their needs, trying to collaborate through our services to correct management policies also among our clients.

  • To ensure the continuous and permanent updating of our resources, both technological and of our staff, by promoting continuous professional training policies that allow them to advance their knowledge at the same pace as our sector.

  • Promote a healthy work culture, preventing accidents at work, ensuring the occupational health of workers and promoting a process of improvement that reduces or eliminates the risks to which our employees are exposed at work.

This Policy will be reviewed for continual adaptation annually by management, as well as the objectives and goals of the company, and communicated to all staff of the organisation and made available to the public upon request by any interested party.
